My item was defective - what do I do?

Blue Woody guarantees the play-readiness of every DVD we sell! If your item proves to be defective within thirty (30) days of you receiving it, you will need to contact us and we will gladly replace it with another copy of the same item. (We will not replace it with a different title) You will need to include your name and address exactly as they appear on your invoice, along with your order number. Contact us at 415-248-9486. Leave a message with your contact info and we will return your call.

I was sent the wrong item - what do I do?

If you receive an incorrect item, DO NOT OPEN IT - we will not accept items accidentally shipped to you if you have opened them.
