Bluewoody - Terms of Sale
While these policies cover most circumstances, Bluewoody reserves the right to handle each issue that arises on a case by case basis. These policies are subject to change with out notice and do not govern sales (including sales of Bluewoody products) on AEBN or Naked Sword. Please visit those sites for support and/or questions regarding their Terms of Sale.
Shipping
We endeavor to ship all orders for in-stock items within one (1) business day but reserve the right to take up to four (4) days. Our standard business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time (PT). Shipping is typically via FedEx. You should allow two (2) to eight (8) business days for standard ground delivery once your order has been shipped. We reserve the right to substitute another carrier of equal or lesser cost to deliver your order. If expedited shipping is required, please select that as your shipping choice.
All shipping charges, including fees associated with returns and/or exchanges, are the customer's responsibility, unless waived by Bluewoody(Treasure Island Media aka TIM). Shipping charges will be included on your invoice and can be viewed prior to finalizing your order. Shipping charges are subject to change without notice.
All orders are shipped FOB shipping point. Title to products passes from Bluewoody to the customer upon shipment. Bluewoody is not responsible for any delays in delivery or problems once the product has been shipped.
Back Orders
If an item in your order is temporarily out of stock, Bluewoody will hold the order until the back ordered item becomes available. If the back ordered item is not anticipated to become available within 96 hours, Bluewoody will refund you the cost of the item and ship the remainder of the order.
Return and Exchanges
If you are generally dissatisfied with your purchase, we are authorized to provide reasonable accommodations, up to and including: product substitutions, gift certificates, coupons, and, in select circumstances, refunds.
Refunds and substitutions are issued on a case-by-case basis, subject to managerial input and approval prior to being offered.

Typically Bluewoody cannot offer refunds on the following products:
- Open DVDs (A replacement will be offered within the first 30 days of purchase, in the event that your copy is defective)
- Download-To-Own Scenes / Full Length Movies (In the event that you experience difficulty while attempting playback of any content, contact our office immediately for best effort customer satisfaction and IT support.)
- Washed and/or Worn Apparel
- Paid Site Memberships (In the event that you experience difficulty while attempting playback of any content, contact our office immediately for best effort customer satisfaction and IT support.)
- Opened/ Used Merchandise
Pricing and Availability
All prices for products (and the associated costs of shipping and tax) are shown in U.S. dollars. All items are subject to availability. Bluewoody reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order, to reject all or part of an order, and/or to discontinue products without notice, even in the event that the customer has already placed an order. All prices are subject to change without notice. Sales, discounts, and various other promotions are not required to be honored retroactively.
